TIHOMIR ATANASSOV DOVRAMADJIEV (ТИХОМИР ДОВРАМАДЖИЕВ), Professor (Assoc.) Dr. Eng. has professional activity related to management, academic, educational, scientific and other to the Bulgarian Association of Ergonomics and Human Factors (as a President of BAEHF) affiliated to IEA (https://iea.cc/member/bulgarian-association-of-ergonomics-and-human-factors/) & FEES (https://ergonomics-fees.eu/members-of-the-federation-of-european-ergonomics-societies/) and Technical University Varna, Bulgaria (TUV) with experience more than 15 years at TUV (Department of Industrial Design).

In the current years, he carries out active activities, which include teaching within the university, preparation of students and doctoral students, as well as participation in research projects. He has participated in over 100 scientific publications (Incl. Springer & Elsevier). Based on ResearchGate data (2026), he has about 385 K research reads.

He is on the editorial board of the IETI Transactions on Ergonomics and Safety (TES, ISSN 2520-5439) and IETI Transactions on Engineering Research and Practice (TERP, ISSN 2616-1699) of the International Engineering and Technology Institute. He is an academic member and special issue editor of MDPI Mathematics (ISSN 2227-7390; Journal Rank: JCR - Q1 (Mathematics; ) / CiteScore - Q1 (General Mathematics); Impact Factor: 2.592 (2021); 5-Year Impact Factor: 2.542 (2021)). Special Issue "Mathematics and Computer Programming in 2D and 3D Open Source Software". He has acted as chairman, author, and reviewer of the Applied Human Factors and Ergonomics (AHFE) conference, the International Conference on Human Systems Engineering and Design (IHSED), the Intelligent Human Systems Integration (IHSI) conference, the International Conference on Human Interaction and Emerging Technologies (IHIET), the International Symposium in Management (SIM), and other international science conferences and congresses.

On 21 May 2026 Professor Assoc. Dr. Eng. Tihomir Dovramadjiev was honored with the prestigious Varna Award 2026 in the category “Technical Sciences,” receiving the individual distinction for his own Taylor & Francis Group book "3D Digital Design in Ergonomics and Human Factors" ISBN 978-1-032-50315-8 and for his significant contributions to scientific progress, education, and societal development; the nomination was submitted by the Technical University of Varna, Bulgaria, and the award was presented during the official Varna Award Ceremony by Mayor Blagomir Kotsev and Municipal Council Chairman Hristo Dimitrov in the presence of leading representatives from the cultural and educational sectors.​​

Prof. Dr. Eng. ROZALINA DIMOVA (РОЗАЛИНА ДИМОВА) is the Head of Applied Technologies in Health Center and was previously Rector and vice rector of the Technical University of Varna, Bulgaria. She received the Ph.D. in “Communication networks and systems” from Technical University of Sofia and has experience as a lecturer for more than 20 years at “Communication engineering and technologies”,TU-Varna.

Rozalina Dimova has current research interests in information and communication technologies (ICT), bioengineering, 3D modelling and next generation networks. She is co-authored over 120 scientific publications and has participated either as project leader or member of scientific teams in 9 European and more than 50 national funded research projects. She is a Member of European Society for Engineering Education (SEFI),  IEEE, Member of Management Board of the Scientific and Technical Union, Varna, Bulgaria and Member of Management Board of Union of Scientists in Bulgaria.

Expert - economist MARIA SKARLATOVA-FILCHEVA (МАРИЯ СКАРЛАТОВА-ФИЛЧЕВА) has many years of experience in economics and accounting activities. She has worked in private and public companies and is currently an accountant in the public administration. She has extensive experience in payroll accounting, SBCO accrual, acquisition of fixed assets and depreciation accrual, invoice accrual, commitment reporting, cash registers, inventory bank accounting. She organizes the overall accounting activities of enterprises, works with electronic signatures, accrual and payment of salaries, submission of declarations, accounting and invoicing, submission of GTD, reference summary information from the Public Procurement Act, notification of health and safety Labor Act, statistical information, compilation of cash report and turnover report.
